Shipping

Orders are shipped daily and we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day. In most cases, your package will arrive the next day.

Please note: delivery times may vary on public holidays, during busy periods or during heavy weather conditions.

Standard package — €6,95
Europe — €10
Worldwide — €15

Orders above €97 receive free shipping.


Heads-up for our riders outside the EU

If you're ordering from outside the EU, you may be charged additional fees upon delivery — like VAT, import duties, or handling costs. These fees vary by country and are unfortunately beyond our control.

A few things to keep in mind:
– Orders under €150 usually only have VAT applied
– Sometimes your parcel passes customs unnoticed, sometimes they get trigger-happy
– We declare everything honestly and properly, but customs make the rules (we wish we didn’t have to say that)

Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange items within 30 days after receiving your order.

How to return (part of) your order:

  1. Create an account and go to My Orders.

  2. Request a return for the desired item within 30 days.

  3. Wait for approval — once approved, you’ll receive an email with your return label.

  4. Pack your items securely, attach the provided return label, and drop the package off at your courier company within 3 days.

  5. As soon as we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 14 working days. The return shipping costs will automatically be deducted from your refund.


Return Policy — Items we cannot accept:

  • Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date

  • Items not in their original condition and/or packaging, including tags and labels

  • Items that have been washed or worn (trying on is fine, wearing is not)

  • Items with odors, stains, or makeup marks

  • Jewelry and Balaclavas (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale items

Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.


Exchanges

Want to exchange for a different size?
Simply indicate your desired size on the return form. If the size is in stock, we’ll send it to you free of charge.
If the requested size is out of stock, you’ll receive a refund for the purchase amount minus the shipping costs.


Refunds

Once we’ve received your returned items, you’ll get a confirmation email within 5 working days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used at checkout. Please note: shipping and return costs are non-refundable.
