Returns or Exchanges
You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of receipt.
How to return (part of) your order:
- Create an account and go to "My Orders."
- Request a return within 30 days for the desired product.
- Wait for the review.
- Pack your items, include the return label, and drop them off at your nearest Postoffice within 3 days.
- Once we receive your return, you’ll be refunded within 14 working days. Return costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
CONDITIONS
Items that cannot be returned:
- Items not returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items not in their original condition and/or packaging, including tags and labels.
- Items that have been washed or worn (trying on is allowed, wearing is not).
- Items with unusual odors or makeup stains.
- Jewelry and balaclavas (for hygiene reasons).
- Sale items.
Return shipping costs are always the customer’s responsibility, except in specific cases.
Exchange for a different size?
Indicate the desired size on the return form. If the item is in stock, we’ll send it to you free of charge. If the correct size is no longer available, you’ll receive a refund minus the shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned items, you’ll get an email within 5 working days. The purchase amount will be refunded to the account used for payment. Shipping and return costs are at the customer’s expense.

How do I place an order?

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within Europe is free for orders over €97. For orders below this amount, shipping fees apply depending on your country:
The Netherlands - 6,95
EU - 10,-
Worldwide - 15,-
Heads-up for our riders outside the EU
If you're ordering from outside of the EU, you might be asked to pay extra charges upon delivery—like VAT, import duties, or handling fees. These charges vary and are unfortunately out of our hands.
A few things to keep in mind:
– Orders under 150,- usually just have VAT
– Sometimes your parcel slips through, sometimes customs get trigger-happy
– We declare everything honestly and properly, but we don’t control customs (we wish we did)

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery time depends on the destination.

How do I know which size I need?
Most of our products fit like your regular size. Check out the product information to see how the product fits. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us in the chat for advice. We are happy to help :)
What materials are used in your clothing?
Our clothing is made from high-quality materials that provide both comfort and durability. Our clothing provides heat- and moisture control, just pick your favorite!
Are the jackets and pants waterproof?
Our clothing is designed for style and comfort but is not fully waterproof.
Do your clothes contain protective materials?
No, our clothing does not include built-in protective materials as they are baselayers. For safety, we recommend wearing protective gear over your LMV outfit. Our hoodies can be worn over your gear as they are lightweighted!

Do you have a physical store or showroom?
Currently, we do not have a physical store; all our products are available online or you can find our clothing at the LMV dealerships in The Netherlands.

Yes, we offer a warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us.
