Returns or Exchanges

You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of receipt.

How to return (part of) your order:

1. Create an account and go to "My Orders."
2. Request a return within 30 days for the desired product.
3. Wait for the review. 
4. Pack your items, include the return label, and drop them off at your nearest PostNL location within 3 days.
5. Once we receive your return, you’ll be refunded within 14 working days. Return costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

CONDITIONS

Items that cannot be returned:

• Items not returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Items not in their original condition and/or packaging, including tags and labels.
• Items that have been washed or worn (trying on is allowed, wearing is not).
• Items with unusual odors or makeup stains.
• Jewelry and balaclavas (for hygiene reasons).
• Sale items.

Return shipping costs are always the customer’s responsibility, except in specific cases.

Exchange for a different size?

Indicate the desired size on the return form. If the item is in stock, we’ll send it to you free of charge. If the correct size is no longer available, you’ll receive a refund minus the shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned items, you’ll get an email within 5 working days. The purchase amount will be refunded to the account used for payment. Shipping and return costs are at the customer’s expense.
